The service

• Tribb is an AI-native RSS reader.
• Tribb is free.
• We may change or stop features.

Your account

• You must be at least 13.
• Keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Bring your own key

• AI features need your AI key.
• You pay your provider and follow their rules.
• We encrypt your AI key. We use it only for calls you start.
• AI output can be wrong. Verify anything important.

Your content and feeds

• You own what you create in Tribb.
• You are responsible for the feeds you add. You must have the right to read them.
• Do not use Tribb to infringe others' rights. Do not overload a publisher.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or violate others' rights.
• Do not attack, overload, or probe the service.
• Do not bypass rate limits, sign-in, or anti-abuse measures.
• Do not send spam or malware.
• Do not resell the service. Do not scrape other users' data.

Agent access (CLI and MCP)

• You can create API tokens.
• Keep them secret.
• You are responsible for what your agents do.
• Revoke tokens you do not trust.

Third-party services

• Tribb uses other services and third-party content.
• Their terms apply to those parts.
• If you believe content shown in Tribb infringes your rights, email support@tribb.app and we will respond.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we may use it to improve Tribb.

Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

No warranty

Tribb is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not promise Tribb is error-free or always available.
• We do not promise AI output is correct.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent the law allows, Tribb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Tribb is not liable for lost data or profit.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is not more than USD 100.

You cover claims against us

You agree to cover claims that arise from your content, the feeds you add, your use of Tribb, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

• The laws of the State of California, United States govern these terms.
• Disputes go to the courts in California.

Changes

• We may update these terms.
• We update the date at the top when we do.
• Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
